Invitation to the Ho Chi Minh City Export Fair 2026

To further promote trade activities, assist Vietnamese enterprises in accessing and expanding markets, facilitate exports, and connect with international supply chains, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade is organizing the 4th Exhibition of Typical Vietnamese Export Products in 2026.
The event will take place from October 22 to October 24, 2026, at the WTC Expo International Exhibition Center (A19 Hung Vuong Street, Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), featuring 750 booths (please refer to the attached file for details).
To express appreciation for and support the partners and international buying delegations attending the 2026 Exhibition of Typical Vietnamese Export Products, the Organizing Committee is implementing a policy to cover 100% of costs (subject to regulations) as following:
(1) For foreign enterprises (Applicable to: 01 representative per enterprise)
• Invitation to the Welcome Ceremony and Appreciation Ceremony.
• Coverage of accommodation costs for 04 days and 03 nights; meal expenses for 04 days.
• Transportation:
+ Airport pick-up/drop-off (Tan Son Nhat International Airport to accommodation);
+ Transfers between accommodation and the WTC Expo International Exhibition Center;
+ Transportation for visits to factories, manufacturing plants, and raw material zones.
(2) Obligations of delegation leaders, purchasing delegations, and foreign enterprises:
• Participating enterprises must belong to the following categories: international purchasing offices; supermarkets or retail chains; e-commerce or B2B platforms; wholesale distributors; association partners; specialized importers; HoReCa sector procurement units; independent purchasing agents; or B2B industrial equipment distributors/agents.
• Each international buyer must participate in a minimum of 05 direct meetings/connections with sellers (Vietnamese enterprises) at the Fair.
• Delegates must check in and attend the Fair's key activities on October 22, 2026, and October 23, 2026.
(3) Documentation for support acceptance/verification:
• Copy of namecard and passport
• Copy of returned air ticket
• Photos at the Expo.
